Wendy Schroeder, RN

Wendy is a Craniosacral Therapist as well as a Registered Nurse and a board-certified Lactation Consultant.  Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, light-tough therapy that assesses the flow of craniosacral fluid from your brain to your sacrum.  This fluid bathes your entire central nervous system which effects every part of your body.  Examples of the potential benefits of a CST session are: improvement of residual effects from concussions, headaches, dizziness, fibromyalgia, TMJ, and decrease effects from both physical and emotional chronic stress.  People stay fully clothed on a message table, treatment is often very relaxing, sometimes emotional release happens (crying, laughing), or you may fall asleep.  The work will happen regardless of what your specific reactions are.  There is no right way.  The human body has an innate ability to heal itself. This gentle therapy allows the body to know where the restrictions are and your body does the rest.  It is so beautiful.
